Where do you ship to?

We can only deliver in Queensland at this time. Sorry, no international shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping generally takes 5 days from order to delivery.

Do you offer click and collect?

Click & collect is only available from the brewery. Due to the Covid-19 closure, orders can only be collected on Saturdays or Sundays between 10am-2pm. Orders must be placed by 8am the Friday prior (Qld time) and we will advise you when the order is ready.

What is your returns policy?

We pride ourselves on quality great tasting beer. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and satisfied with your online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product and have outlined our returns policy to assist you with this process. Excluded items
Please chose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on beer purchases for health and safety reasons. We do however replace items damaged in transit – see below. Change of mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a non-beer purchase, we will offer a gift voucher, exchange or refund (at our discretion) to the value of the item(s) at the time of purchase, provided that:
1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact us on 07 5463 0412 within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will provide a gift voucher, exchange, or refund (at our discretion).
